Registration for Responsible Incentive Travel Day 2026
📃 Registration Rules
Registration for Responsible Incentive Travel Day 2025 is mandatory and takes place exclusively via the online form. Due to limited capacity, the organizer reserves the right to select participants, giving priority to those involved in the incentive travel industry. IMPORTANT: The conference will be held entirely in Polish and will not be translated into English.
📅 Registration period
Registration is open from March 6, 2026, to April 10, 2026, or until all spots are filled. Each agency/organization may register a maximum of two participants.
✅ Confirmation of Participation
Once the registration form is submitted, the organizer will send a confirmation email to the participant.
💰 Who Can Attend?
Free participation is granted to:
✔ Members of SITE
✔ Representatives of incentive agencies based in Poland
✔ Polish DMCs specializing in inbound incentive travel
✔ Polish Convention Bueaus & Regional Tourist Organizations
✔ Speakers, panelists, and event partners (according to sponsorship agreements)
✔ Corporate clients responsible for organizing incentive travel in their companies
✔ Representatives of MICE industry media
✔ Special guests invited by the organizer

💰 Registration Fees
✔ 300 PLN (gross) – for registrations submitted by March 31, 2026 (Early Bird rate)
✔ 400 PLN (gross) – for registrations submitted from April 1, 2026 onward
The fee includes conference participation, coffee breaks, lunch, and a networking cocktail.
💸 Payment Details
After confirmation of paid registration, the participant will receive a proforma invoice by email.
The fee must be paid within the time specified on the proforma.
The VAT invoice will be sent after receiving the payment to the email address provided in the registration form.
❌ Changes & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent via email to kontakt@responsible-incentivetravelday.pl
Free cancellation is possible until April 10, 2026
Cancellations made after April 11, 2026, or no-shows, will incur a fee of 400–600 PLN (gross)
Participants may transfer their registration to another person from the same organization (must notify the organizer by April 22, 2026, before 5:00 PM, Warsaw Time)
