Responsible Incentive Travel Day 2026 - 3rd edition
This signature event dedicated to responsible incentive travels is part of our project ‘Our impact on people, society and the planet’, which we launched at Site Poland in 2018. Our focus is on sustainability and partnership in line with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
About the event

For the third time, we will gather with MICE industry professionals to jointly set directions for the development of responsible incentive tourism. This year’s event will focus on well-being as the foundation of a sustainable approach to event management .
Main theme:
“People at the heart of events: wellbeing as a standard for sustainable MICE”
How can you care for your participants, team, and environment while creating business value? How can you translate ideas into practice—and profits? We’ll explore these answers together by analyzing, among other things, the Incentive Travel SITE Poland Manifesto and considering how to implement its principles in the daily work of incentive agencies.

How does wellbeing impact the quality, effectiveness, and long-term value of incentive travel? How can we create projects that care for people, the environment, and the budget?
Inspirations, examples and tools supporting a holistic approach to event participants.

Together we will take a closer look at the SITE Poland Manifesto – a document that sets the direction for responsible action in our industry – and consider how to transform its assumptions into real strategies and profits .
- Poland in the Game!
A Look at Poland’s Offer in the International MICE Ecosystem – New Opportunities, Positioning, Case Studies. - AI in MICE – 2-hour practical workshop .
- A practical approach to using artificial intelligence in conscious, effective event planning.
It will be a day full of inspiration, knowledge and networking.
