Beata Koziarska

For more than 30 years she has been involved in business and incentive tourism, an advisor, a versatile manager, a business practitioner with vast experience. Over the years, learning the nature of many industries, she has been engaged in working with key corporate clients and developing M.I.C.E. competencies, in an international environment.
She has managed to supervise even the most demanding projects in Poland and abroad with equal ease and commitment, having visited and implemented projects in more than 60 countries.
She implemented her first incentive program with CSR elements in Turkey in 2006, and since then she has been actively promoting responsible tourism, putting ideas into practice and getting inspiration from best practices in Poland and abroad.
Active member since 2022, involved in the Sustainability & CSR program “Our impact on people, society, and the planet,” as a co-creator of the educational interview series “Green Talks,” in which guests from Poland and around the world share best practices in sustainable tourism development.
Since 2024, initiator and joint creator of the annual Responsible Incentive Travel Day Conference, an educational project by Site Poland in the field of responsible tourism. A co-author of the Incentive Travel Sustainability Manifesto, as well as a co-creator and trainer in the two-year Destination Poland Green Academy training project (2025-2026), commissioned by Site Poland and the Polish Tourist Organisation / Poland Convention Bureau.
She passionately supports the development of the Polish MICE industry, combining his expert knowledge with participation in industry debates and discussions that promote Polish cities and regions as remarkable business and event destinations.
Privately, she has been a volunteer for animal welfare foundations for 14 years, providing foster homes for homeless dogs and cats, and is a passionate advocate and promoter of plant-based cuisine and the zero waste concept.
